Vijay, Indian Intelligence Officer. He is patriotic and courageous. They are negotiating to hold a civilian hostage inside a supermarket and hand over a Pakistani militant in a Delhi jail.
Vijay bravely enters the supermarket and protects the public from terrorists.
The story begins in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The baby cries as the balloon breaks, Vijay buys the double balloons and makes the baby laugh.
Vijay’s acting starts from a disturbing scene that is supposed to cause the death of the same child.
