30/09/2022 – Movie Review :
Sundara Chola (Prakash Raj), the emperor of the Chola Empire, has two sons and one daughter, Aditha Karikalan (Vikram), Arulmozhi Varman (Jayam Ravi), Kundavai (Trisha).
Aditha Karikalan continues to win the war and realizes that there is trouble in his father’s kingdom and entrusts the responsibility of conveying this news to his father to Vallavaraiyan Vanthiyathevan (Karthi).
He also tries to convey this news to Sundara Chola without anyone knowing passing through many soldiers. At that time he meets Nandini (Aishwarya Rai). Nandini, understanding the purpose of Vanthiyathevan’s visit, informs the Periya Pazhuvettaraiyar.
Meanwhile Vanthiyathevan discovers that Madurantaka Chola (Rahman) is trying to make him king, led by Periya Pazhuvettaraiyar (Sharathkumar), Chinna Pazhuvettaraiyar (Parthiban) and Chiratrasas in the Chola army.
To tell this to Kundavai, Arulmozhi Varman entrusts the responsibility to vanthiyathevan who came to bring here. Meanwhile, the Periya Pazhuvettaraiyar also organized an army to Arunmozhi Varman.
In the end, did Vanthiyathevan bring Arunmozhi Varman safely? How do the Chola soldiers get out of this ruse? Has the plan of Periya Pazhuvettaraiyar been completed? That is the rest of the story of the film.
